Woodland Zoo White Buffalo Gathering

Standing Stone Village in conjunction with the Woodland Zoo held the Gathering on June 23 & 24, 2007 at the Zoo in Farmington, PA.

We are in the beginning stages of planning the Gathering for 2008.  If you have any ideas, suggestions, comments, desires, etc,  contact us.

Residing at Woodland Zoo, Farmington, PA

and enjoy the activities of an American Indian powwow for the weekend of June 23 & 24, 2007.

Vending fee is $100 for craft vendors;  $150 for food vendors - All vendors must be accepted in advance and payment received by June 15, 2007.  E-mail manyweasels@standingstonevillage.org  to request a vendors form via e-mail (MS Word 2000 .doc).  Crafts must be hand-made ONLY!!   Vending fees will need to go to Standing Stone Village.  Vendors must submit PA Sales Tax Number to Standing Stone Village.

First Fruits Festival Weekend for all American Indians to participate in.  Every American Indian is asked to bring a strawberry dish to share during Saturday’s Supper.

Flint Knapping & Primitive Weapons

Exit from 1-68 at Cheat Lake Exit 857 North to the toll road. Take Route 43 and then exit on US Route 40 east for 7 miles to the Zoo entrance.


Take Route 219 North to
Junction 42.
Proceed to US Route 40 West for 1.3 miles to the Zoo entrance.


Take PA Route 51 for 43 miles to Uniontown. Turn left onto US Route (West Fayette Street] 
Follow US Route 40 for 7 miles to the Zoo entrance.
